Hiring Process

We believe it’s important for you to know where your application is in our hiring process. Below is a summary of the steps we take to make the best hires possible.

• Our Talent Team which includes Total Quality Consulting (TQC) – Once your application has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• If you are selected to move forward in the process, you will be contacted by email or phone, from a 626-area code.
• Final candidates will be invited for an interview with the Hiring Manager(s).

If you are not selected for a particular job opening, you’re encouraged to search the Career Center to apply for other positions that fit your qualifications.

Employee Benefits

Transparency in Coverage*

Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Justice Federal offers a national network PPO health, dental, and vision insurance plan to employees. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following their date of hire.

Flexible Spending Accounts We offer both Health and Dependent Care accounts. By enrolling in one or both of these accounts, employees can pay for eligible, uninsured health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Life Insurance Coverage is provided equaling twice an employee’s annual salary.

401K Plan Our 401K plan was established to provide retirement benefits for employees. Justice Federal believes in making an investment in our employees. To prove it, we adopted a Safe Harbor 401K Plan with an established matching program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K at the beginning of the first day of the month, following six months of service.

PTO — Personal Time Off This benefit is intended to provide maximum flexibility for the use of leave and may be used for any reasons such as vacation, illness, or personal time.

Education Justice Federal supports its employees in gaining additional education through seminars and college degrees. Employees who have completed one year of service and are in good standing may be eligible for reimbursement of job or industry related classes.

Computer Loans Employees who have been with Justice Federal at least six months may be eligible to apply for an interest free computer loan for the purchase of a home computer, equipment, software, and/or upgrades.
