Employee Benefits
Basic Life Insurance Coverage is provided equaling twice an employee’s annual salary. Premiums are paid for by the credit union.
Flexible Spending Accounts We offer both Health and Dependent Care accounts. By enrolling in one or both of these accounts, employees can pay for eligible, health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Justice Federal offers a national network High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an automatically included Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA); a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental, and vision insurance plan to employees. Employees are eligible on the first day of the month following their date of hire.
Pet Insurance Pet Insurance at discounted rates is available to regular full-time employees. No breed or age restrictions.
Personal Time Off (PTO) This benefit is intended to provide maximum flexibility for the use of leave and may be used for any reason such as vacation, illness, or personal time.
Retirement Savings Plans Justice Federal believes in making an investment in our employees. To prove it, we adopted a traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan with an established matching program. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401K at the beginning of the first day of the month, following their date of hire.
Retirement Savings Plan 457(b) This non-governmental plan offers another way to save for retirement. Eligible employees may participate beginning on the first day of the month, following their date of hire.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Partial income replacement coverage up to 2/3 the employee’s weekly or monthly pre-disability earnings. Premiums are paid for by the credit union.
Voluntary Life Insurance We offer Voluntary Life Insurance for employees, and dependents at group rates. This can be a way to provide additional financial peace of mind.
Volunteer Time Off (VTO) This helps provide staff with opportunities to give back to the community. Available to regular full-time and part-time employees.
