3 Simple Ways to Qualify for Membership

Founded in 1935 in the halls of the Department of Justice, we have expanded our reach in support of the justice and law enforcement community, and first responders nationwide. Through our partnership with Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.), we are pleased to offer Membership to supporters anyone who supports of the men and women who serve the justice and law enforcement community, and first responders across the nation.

As a member or supporter of the justice and law enforcement community and first responders, we will extend complimentary membership with Concerns of Police Survivors, C.O.P.S. when you join Justice Federal.


1. Employees, Retirees and Family members of the following entities are eligible to join Justice Federal Credit Union:
• Department of Justice
• Department of Homeland Security
• State or Local Law Enforcement Agencies - to meet Membership eligibility, Justice Federal will share your name, address, contact number, and email with C.O.P.S., a 501, (c)(3) non-profit organization and the leading peer support organization for law enforcement across the country.
• Georgia Department of Public Safety
• Employees of the City of Bridgeport, WV
• Donors/Members of Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) – to meet Membership eligibility, Justice Federal will donate $5.00 to Concerns of Police Survivors and will share your name, address, contact number, and email with C.O.P.S., a 501, (c)(3) non-profit organization and the leading peer support organization for law enforcement across the country.

2. Associations
• Justice and Law Enforcement, and First Responder Associations – Members of the following Associations are eligible for Justice Federal Membership.

• Immediate family of Justice Federal Members who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible for membership. This includes spouses, children, siblings, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, stepchildren, stepsiblings, stepparents, adopted family, as well as anyone living in the same residence under a single economic unit.
