IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTICE

System Update Complete: September 12, 2022

SYSTEM UPDATE COMPLETE: All Member services are now available, and our Branches are reopened to serve you. Thank you for your patience.

Please know, we have been working diligently for the past several months to ensure minimal impact to all of our Member services; however, during this system update window, our Justice Federal Branches will be temporarily closed, and several of our Digital Banking services will be temporarily unavailable. Please plan accordingly in advance for this service disruption. Should you need to utilize these services, please do so before the system update occurs on September 12, 2022.

We anticipate a smooth update and return to full Member services by early afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your ongoing support and Membership.

Please see the table below for important information regarding service availability during this System Update window on September 12, 2022. Again, thank you in advance for your attention to this notice of service disruption.

Justice Federal Branches All Justice Federal Branches will be temporarily closed the morning of Monday, September 12, 2022. Branches will reopen early afternoon, once the system update window is completed.
Shared Branch Access Access to Co-Op Shared Branch locations will be temporarily unavailable during the system update window.
Member Service Call Center Our Member Service Call Center will be operational; however, we will not be able to perform account transactions, answer account specific questions or accept requests for Loan Payments during the system update window.
Digital Banking Access Digital Banking will be in Stand-In mode during the system update window. During this time, balances may not be up to date, and the following services will be affected:
  • • Remote Deposits will not be accepted during the system update window.
  • • Electronic Account Transfers: New transfers cannot be initiated during the system update window; however, scheduled transfers will be processed once the system update is completed.
  • • Bill Pay: New Bill Payments cannot be initiated during the system update window; however, scheduled payments will be processed once the system update is completed.
Phone Banking Our Phone Banking service will not be available during the system update window.
Direct Deposit and Wire Transfers All incoming direct deposits and wire transfers will be processed once the system update is completed.

IMPORTANT: Outgoing wire transfers will be temporarily unavailable during this update window. Please plan accordingly.
VISA Debit Card Transactions You will be able to use your Justice Federal VISA Debit Card during the system update window however, withdrawal limits may be temporarily imposed on purchases, cash back, and withdrawals.

ATM Access ATMs will remain available for cash withdrawals and deposits; however, withdrawal limits may be temporarily imposed.
